Great product – tried to match to a duvet we experienced in Holiday Inn and were successful with this alternative. This is a good weight for late winter or early spring. Very luxurious for the price. Would prefer a weight comparison between comforters as to what is light, medium and heavyweight compared to each other.
I wasn’t expecting a huge, fluffy comforter, but I also wasn’t expecting a thin blanket. The comforter is pretty, but even after two days of shaking it, pushing it, pulling it and basically slapping it around, it wouldn’t fluff up at all.
***UPDATE***March 29, 2010
After owning the comforter for over one month I updated my review to a 4 star rating (I like it). It’s still thin and never fluffed up, but it really is pretty and well made and comfortable. I would recommend it for a light summer blanket, maybe for a teenager or guest room.
Well made and absolutely beautiful. Very ample because the quilt keeps slipping down. I haven’t washed it yet, but when I do I will add to this.
This is my fourth one of these comforters. I don’t order the same thing a second time unless it is very good or better. These are very good. They feel very good against skin. They look very good. The material and weave are very good. On a one to five scale, this comforter is a very good four. I would buy again.
This is a nice product however it wasn’t what I expected. I thought it was more fluffy but it was pretty flat. It still keeps me warm just be aware that it’s not fluffy.
